Lawn Maintanence Specialist
RAM Outdoor Services is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help maintain commercial properties throughout the Indianapolis area.
This position is primarily focused on lawn care and landscape maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Responsibilities may include mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, property cleanups, and general landscape maintenance.
As the seasons change, there may also be opportunities to assist with snow and ice management during the winter months for qualified team members.
What We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Experience with landscaping equipment is preferred, but not required

Valid driver's license is a plus
Job Responsibilities

Mowing, trimming, edging

Landscape maintenance (as needed)

Property cleanups and debris removal

Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months (as needed)

Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude on job sites
